Data Controller and Purposes

The Data Controller of your personal data is PIXSMART SRL, with registered office at Via dell’Acquedotto Paolo 80, 00168 Rome, Italy.

PIXSMART SRL processes your data when you complete the dedicated contact form, in order to request information or receive assistance. In this case, the processing is based on the performance of specific requests and on the fulfilment of pre-contractual measures; therefore, the express consent of users is not required.

Processing Methods

Processing is carried out both in paper form and by means of IT tools, in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data.

The processing of users’ personal data is carried out by company personnel specifically authorised by the Company. For this purpose, such subjects are identified and instructed in writing.

Communication and Data Retention

We do not communicate your personal data and your data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

The data are retained for 24 months, in accordance with the provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority on web marketing. In any case, the retention period is determined in compliance with the terms permitted by applicable laws.
