INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Data Controller
The Data Controller of your personal data is PIXSMART SRL, with registered office at Via dell’Acquedotto Paolo 80, 00168 Rome, Italy.
2. Purposes of Processing
The processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your confidentiality, your rights and in compliance with the company privacy policy. The company also undertakes to process your data in accordance with the principle of “data minimisation”, meaning that it will collect and process only the data necessary for the following purposes:
Management of pre-contractual requirements, such as customer quotations or orders, solvency checks, etc.
Management of supply and service assignments.
Management of tax and accounting obligations.

The provision of your personal data and consent to processing are mandatory for the following purposes:

3. Processing Methods
Your personal data will be processed using paper-based methods and IT tools, in compliance with personal data protection provisions and, in particular, with the appropriate technical and organisational measures referred to in Article 32.1 of the Regulation, and with the adoption of all precautionary measures necessary to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data.

The data are collected from the data subject.
5. Categories of Recipients
Your personal data may be communicated, strictly in relation to the purposes indicated above, to the following subjects or categories of subjects:
a) Company personnel, authorised and trained in the processing of personal data.
b) Professionals, including associated professionals, for the fulfilment of accounting and tax obligations.
c) Other companies controlled by, affiliated with or connected to PIXSMART SRL.
d) State administrations, CAF offices and tax assistance centres.
Please also note that:
The communication of your data to the categories of subjects referred to in letters a), b) and c) is necessary in order to perform the contractual relationship to which you are party.
The communication of your data to the categories of subjects referred to in letter d) is necessary in order to comply with legal obligations.
With regard to these categories of recipients, the Data Controller undertakes to rely exclusively on subjects that provide adequate guarantees regarding data protection, and will appoint them as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation. The list of Data Processors is available at the company and may be consulted upon request to the Data Controller.
Furthermore, your data will be processed, exclusively for the purposes indicated above, by company employees and/or collaborators who have been specifically authorised and instructed by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulation.
Your personal data will not be disclosed, unless required by a law, regulation, the Articles of Association of the Consortium, or European Union legislation.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries or to international organisations.

8. Automated Decision-Making
No automated decision-making processes are used in the processing operations.
9. Rights Recognised to the Data Subject
At any time, you may exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 of the Regulation against the Data Controller.
In particular, at any time, you have the right to request:
access to your personal data;
rectification of your personal data in the event of inaccuracies;
erasure and replacement for the fulfilment of contractual obligations;
restriction of processing and implementation for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.
You also have:
the right to object to the processing of your data where it is processed for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, should you believe that your fundamental rights and freedoms have been violated;
the right to withdraw your consent at any time in relation to the purposes for which consent is required;
the right to data portability, namely the right to request and receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
