The processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your confidentiality, your rights and in compliance with the company privacy policy. The company also undertakes to process your data in accordance with the principle of “data minimisation”, meaning that it will collect and process only the data necessary for the following purposes:

Your personal data may be communicated, strictly in relation to the purposes indicated above, to the following subjects or categories of subjects:

b) Professionals, including associated professionals, for the fulfilment of accounting and tax obligations.
c) Other companies controlled by, affiliated with or connected to PIXSMART SRL.
d) State administrations, CAF offices and tax assistance centres.

The communication of your data to the categories of subjects referred to in letters a), b) and c) is necessary in order to perform the contractual relationship to which you are party.

With regard to these categories of recipients, the Data Controller undertakes to rely exclusively on subjects that provide adequate guarantees regarding data protection, and will appoint them as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation. The list of Data Processors is available at the company and may be consulted upon request to the Data Controller.
Furthermore, your data will be processed, exclusively for the purposes indicated above, by company employees and/or collaborators who have been specifically authorised and instructed by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulation.
Your personal data will not be disclosed, unless required by a law, regulation, the Articles of Association of the Consortium, or European Union legislation.
Personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries or to international organisations.

restriction of processing and implementation for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.
You also have:
the right to object to the processing of your data where it is processed for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, should you believe that your fundamental rights and freedoms have been violated;
the right to withdraw your consent at any time in relation to the purposes for which consent is required;
the right to data portability, namely the right to request and receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
